      I teach 9th-12th grade special education in the self-contained setting. I teach students with a variety of disabilities including autism, learning disabilities, and other health impairments. I teach multiple subjects that include math, science, history, and ELA. Furthermore, I teach an employability class, preparing students for the workforce through a variety of topics: post school education, housing, budgeting, applying for jobs, career exploration, etc.. To teach job/people skills and teamwork, I developed a school coffee shop where students take orders and make deliveries to school staff.
