      *Managed architectural design teams for production of final construction documents. I was responsible for ensuring critical design information was provided by landlord such as the civil drawings, utility placement and sizing, environmental reports, geotechnical reports and shopping center or city exterior design standards. Significant communication was required between project stakeholders all while balancing contrasting personalities and philosophies to achieve a successful end product that all parties were proud to take part in.*Developed and maintained our in-house prototype set and details to ensure latest updates and construction philosophies stayed current. These sets were used to update the architectural, structural and MEP teams of current standards.
