  Job Profile All Type of Operational work & any duty assigned by HONew Sourcing Locations:• Log-in of files (new business launched branches) and processing up to disbursement.• Documentation, Stamp Act etc compliance,• Vendor Management etc• Coordination with Cops.• Post Disbursement Document tracking and Management. Handling of Branch Collection, Customer and Banking:• Handling receipts and deposits of cash and cheque• Handling branch day-to-day activity, petty cash management and misc. branch activities• Customer serving of Walk-in customer (acceptance of receipts, requests, complaints and suggestions, foreclosure and part prepayments etc )• Compliance and Regulatory:• Ensuring all company policies pertaining to the location are strictly adhered to.• Compliance to KYC, AML, HR and other company policies lay down from time to time.• Liaising with ESI, PF, and Labor office on behalf of the HR team from time to time.• Any other activity / tasks which have been given by HO / Cops.
