  Marketing Operations Generalist

  As a Marketing Operations Generalist, I was responsible for a range of tasks aimed at improving marketing efficiency and customer engagement. I tracked social media data on a spreadsheet, created reports of changes, and presented these reports. As well as reviewed, recorded, and analyzed website data using various tools. Experienced in using generative AI to produce and optimize content for SEO purposes Experienced in using and managing a variety of tools, including Jira, Confluence, Hotjar, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Duxsoup, Lusha, Google Tags Manager, Close.io, and Google Suite.One of my key accomplishments in this role was creating and implementing B2B email marketing strategies for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and finding new business, which resulted in an increase in the average response rate. I also initiated podcast outreach for marketing purposes. To further improve email marketing, I formatted emailing lists on Close.io, which reduced bounce rates and allowed for relevant targeting. Additionally, I worked closely with both marketing and operations teams to ensure efficiency in the realm of marketing, PR, and customer engagement via email marketing and supporting the social media team.
