  As Q&A Manager I have taken part to the internal SOP definition, during the first deployment of the quality system in the company, according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards. Next, I’ve been involved into control and verification activities assuring corporate quality levels to be closed to targets, decided during the objectives definition phase. As Responsible of Software Production Activities I have planned, organized and coordinated all software production activities aimed to create and mantain software projects/products of the company; coordination activities working in a team with a “remote” group, located in a Romanian company site. In this period I spent some time in Romania, to coordinate a development team.As Project Manager, customer relationship management, planning, organization and cordination of development, test, validation and release activities; data structures design; software versioning and release management. Project : the product I worked on, was a software for an high automation of waste-provision processes in suitable industrial areas: management of waste-provision coming from public or private utility in a totally automatic way (and without any human operator); management of waste-provision coming from citizens, using multimedia totems; integration with access control and weight devices.   OpenSail S.n.c. was founded, by me and other associates, in 2008 as a software engineering company, having its associates more than 20 years of experience in different areas like environment, bank, pharmaceutical, publish areas, with the aim to provide web-oriented software development services and consulting services.Between others, I’ve been involved for four years, in an ambitious project consisting of producing and distributing an italian accounting web software using some leading technologies like java, GWT, ExtJS, Hibernate. Currently, the main technological area where OpenSail is working on, is concerning native and/or multi-platform mobile app development and RIA (Rich Internet Application) application development using several frameworks and technologies like Java, HTML5, JavaScript, Hibernate, Phyton, Django, Android SDK Objective-C following the objective paradigm.
