      Working with DMC I have been responsible for managing technical team, recruiting, onboarding and mentoring to improve team performance, developing and implementing team building activities to improve time management and overall success. Successfully supported executives and clinical IT and administrative department managers to ensure projects are completed according to standards and specifications. I am required to review and maintain vendor contract integrity, vendor performance, evaluations and budget compliance, liaising with clinicians to ensure delivery of applications related to patient care and hospital administration. I have successfully completed more than 200 projects with 60 complex multi-million dollar, FDA regulated clinical apps.I have planned, scheduled and aligned project priorities, SLAs, change management, implementation and documentation to develop detailed estimates, troubleshooting technical issues with vendors, setting up for user sign-offs through to go live. I have managed team tasks and assignments, setting priorities, management escalations, testing, packaging and deploying 1200+ applications, upgrading automation scripts to create and manage tools. Through automated deployments I have reduced field support labor and limited Help Desk calls, reducing significant costs and successfully improve customer satisfaction ratings and support.My role has included establishing accurate inventory information to interface and align with KACE system for accurate tracking, writing custom reports for various purposes including budgeting, upgrades, compliance, and deployments. I have improved efficiency and satisfaction, while maintaining compliance standards by implementing more than 50 automation tools, managing Digital Persona licensing and self-service portal on AD.
