  I lead cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable spaces that encourage the growth of healthy communities. Currently accountable for all work related to Canal Wharf, a £16.3M, low carbon, residential development of 24 houses and 27 apartments. Successfully delivered “The Place”, an £8.3M development comprising a 3000 sqm, zero-carbon office and associated landscaping and services. I was accountable for all aspects of the development, including the developments’ appraisal, budgets, scheduling, design and on-site works. I carried out all commercial activities and lead on the design of the sitewide infrastructure.Oversaw RIBA Stages 0-2 of the Climate Innovation District's Phase 3 (Multi-Generational Building) development and the delivery of the Climate Innovation District's Phase 1 Stage 4 design and the erection of the first properties. I helped secure funding for a 50-metre pedestrian bridge that connects the South Bank and Leeds City Centre. Developed and rolled out numerous key management processes throughout the company, including Change, Risk and Opportunities, Communication, Knowledge and Innovation Management, and developed the required tools.
