  Key Responsibilities: Responsible for being a key point of contact for all Sales Operations related aspects (e.g. Field Sales, Distributors etc ) within assigned geographical and deliver set objectives/targets.Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned area;new shop induction, Route to market optimization, Effective utilization of USC & CSD Systems, Merchandising etc.Develop and implement field sales plan; ensure effective placement of company assets.Effectively manage customers and their operations; actual performance against sales in/out, inventory level, order placement, execute daily monitoring of customer’s performance, on time payments, market visits and travel reports.Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the POP/Outlets as per the channel and category prioritization.Responsible to provide quality and on time information; demand forecast by customer report on market intelligence, competitor activities, new launches and re-launches.Ensure adherence to all company policies and principles.
