  Project manager and event manager for the BA FLIGHT2012 pop up restaurant and bar as part of BA's Olympic Heroes programme. A highly successful marketing event for BA that sold out within minutes. The Game Of Thrones DVD launch included creating and styling two fantasy worlds within the venue and producing a full perfomance programme throughout the night'Cake employed Nicky Rapley to assist with the delivery of our British Airways Pop up Restaurant Project and Game of Thrones DVD launch event in March and April 2012.   As production manager I was responsible for delivering E.ON’s “Open House” pop up shop – their first ever high street concept store, in Nottingham.The ‘Open House’ initiative allows customers face to face contact with the brand to discuss bills, solve problems, learn about home energy saving initiatives and speak directly to trained E.ON representatives. Transforming the previous retail outlet within a short period of time, the space was designed and created to represent a home with living room, kitchen and play area zones, as well as a meeting room with interactive displays and elements throughout, to inform and educate customers in ways of saving money and energy.This project was an extension of this direct consumer engagement campaign for which I delivered an “Open House” touring rig – a container that opened out into a smaller pop up interactive shop, appearing at E.ON sponsored Nottingham Cycle Live and Nottingham Riviera events. Nicky worked with us this summer doing a fantastic job delivering numerous different projects for EON. Nicky's greatest achievement whilst with us was delivering the EON Open House which is a very complex experiential pop-up shop. It was great having Nicky on the team she hit the ground running and really took charge of her areas and the result was all the projects she was involved with were a great success and we had a very happy client and account team.
