      Monbukagakusho Scholarship Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan 2010年9月 (文部科学省奨学金, monbukagakushō shōgakukin) (formerly known as Monbusho Scholarship) is a prestigious scholarship offered by the Monbukagakusho. To date, some 65,000 students from approximately 160 countries and regions around the world have studied in Japan under the Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho) Scholarship program established in 1954.
