      Shelburne Vineyard was a part-time job throughout college, where I was able to gain customer service experience, and event planning experience first-hand. I worked closely with the Event Manager to plan and execute events at the vineyard, while also maintaining wine tastings for incoming visitors and creating a positive experience for all.

I also developed a list of influencer marketers, and assisted with paid and organic social media promotion for all four businesses.

      My role at Eternity involved both B2B and B2C marketing efforts, while also leveraging my project management skills to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. I played a pivotal role in the development of the new Eternity website, which launched in 2020 and helped the company grow immensely. I worked with a variety of clients to write SEO-optimized content for their websites. This involved extensive SEO research, in addition to creativity, collaboration with the client, and an eye for design. Ongoing content marketing for clients, including some social media management, landing page updates, and monthly blog content creation.I created monthly blogs for Eternity, distributed internal and external newsletters using MailChimp, and played a pivotal role in the growth of the Eternity social media channels. Each year, I developed a content calendar for Eternity and managed quality content year-round from the Eternity team. I also planned and coordinated all team outings and events, as well as trained new employees on processes and on MODX.       As a content strategist, my priority is to build and execute content and editorial strategies for enterprise clients. I work closely with clients to create a plan that aligns with their long-term goals and directly contribute to their success. To do so, I manage original content production processes from ideation to optimization and promote diverse offerings including email newsletters, products, and design work. I also monitor, act, and report on client health for all assigned clients. In addition to working with enterprise clients, I also serve as a project manager for studioID’s smaller programs and projects. In this role, I help coordinate promoted stories, webinars, playbooks, and surveys from the point of kick-off until the final deliverable is executed and approved. I work closely with clients to set expectations, build timelines and create connections with freelancers who can help develop content that meets my clients’ needs. I work with clients from all parts of the healthcare and cybersecurity industries. Show less
