Responsible for multiple curriculum and assessment projects while maintaining 100% on-time deliverables.Managed details of test construction, from item writing to quality control, all within precise psychometric guidelines. Approved multiple choice and essay items which accurately assess social studies content, including substantial economics content. Revised assessment standards to reflect modern content needs and pedagogical shifts.Served on writing committee to infuse new College, Career, and Civic Life (C3) framework into Maryland state standards. Rewrites included a substantial increase in personal finance and consumer education for Maryland students in grades K-12.Worked with 24 Maryland local education agencies (twenty-three counties and one independent city) to revise personal finance education curriculum in multiple formats, including substantial improvements to online/web based curriculum resources. Found crosswalks between existing standards and new Maryland content frameworks to ensure local compliance with Maryland law.Established connections with regional content partners, including the Maryland Council on Economic Education. Served on the Maryland Financial Literacy Task Force.Led disciplinary literacy workshops throughout the state of Maryland educating teachers about personal finance content and best practices in economic literacy pedagogy.
