Conducts on-site daily inspections of all facets of construction ranging from initial contractual required documents, site preparation, demolition, construction, commissioning, and close out. Reviews submittals to verify and validate compliance with contract specifications, drawings, all applicable safety directives (OSHA, USACE, local, state, and federal) and national and international standards and ensures that approved submitted items are installed as necessary and required with all governing documents including manufacturer’s instructions. Assists with design and specification reviews when submitted at the 30, 60, 66, 90, 95, and 100 percent levels, and provides recommendations for acceptance, rejection, or changes as related to applicable standards, directives, and constructability. Projects include Armed Forces Reserve Center – multi-facility joint agency campus; Waste Water Treatment Plant regulatory compliance upgrade; Water Infiltration, Window, and Masonry Repairs and Upgrades; Auditorium and Training Center Expansion inside occupied multi-use facility; and Water Treatment Plant Upgrade replacing outdated equipment, methodology and regulatory compliance upgrades.
