  Director of Client Development, Design Architecture, Selection Studio, Purchasing and EstimatingThe CDM has overall responsibility for the start and completion of all new home design projects, overseeing performance in accordance with contractual requirements, design documents, scopes of work, and quality standards.The CDM serves as the primary liaison with clients throughout the design and construction process, effectively managing client expectations and ensuring a positive client experience. The CDM also serves as the chief project administrator for new home development and is the primary point of contact with all internal functional areas and departments within London Bay (architecture, interior design, estimating, purchasing, accounting, sales, construction and quality control). In addition to overseeing the Client Development team and Architectural Design Dept., I am the Manager of the LBH Design Studio. Working with vendors to bring the most current products and design inspirations to the LBH Design Studio. Ensuring that London Bay offers the latest in high end, high quality finishes.Additionally, I oversee the construction of new homes in the community of Mediterra, development of new spec/model homes, budget and specification for new homes, and work with the Sales team on contracts for client and model homes.
