  I am an acting manager of the SSDS department of False Bay College which comprises of Inclusive Education, Student Support Services units. I am also responsible for developing and implementing a coaching and mentoring programme for the Student Representative Council (SRC).The SSDS department core function and objective is to provide student support services to students, and to create an enabling environment to succeed academically. Therefore, my role as an acting manager is to support the college reach its strategic objectives through the following key performance outputs and objectives: Lead the SSDS to receive an award for good performance in disability support and In student leadership and governance support from DHED in 2018.Serve in the Western Cape COSACSA Sports and Culture Committee, as Chairperson from 2017 till to date.Successfully organized Intercampus games; participated in Provincial Tournament and the National Ball Games in 2017Lead and guided the college soccer and netball team to win the WC Provincial Tournament in 2017 and 2018.Part of a team that facilitated the discussions and partnership with Kheth’impilo to provide health services to our students, through the use of FBC Mobile clinic.Launched the False Bay College Health and Wellness mobile clinic and ensure the smooth-running schedule to all campuses.Ensures participation of FBC students in the Western Cape Choir Festival in 2017 & 2018 Show less
