About me

Pooja is a global business and operations leader with over two decades of experience in the IT and ITES industry. She has successfully led large-scale operations and transformation programs across the UK, US, APAC, and EU, with domain expertise spanning Insurance, Banking, Capital Markets, and Telecom. Her career spans leadership roles in service delivery, account management, transformation, M&A, bids, and solutions, with a strong focus on building, scaling, and modernizing business operations increasingly through the use of AI and automation. At Centific, Pooja is part of the global leadership team, overseeing workforce solutions, talent strategy, community outreach and learning across international operations. She currently leads initiatives focused on building domain-specific capabilities for large language models (LLMs) as part of Centific’s GenAI efforts, including the Domain Experts Program designed to engage specialized talent for AI model training. Prior to this, Pooja held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, where she managed cross-border integrations and led enterprise transformation projects covering due diligence, solutioning, people and process integration, and transition strategy.
