    I am the Head of Procurement at SSIPL Retail, a leading retailer of international sportswear brands in India. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, I have a comprehensive understanding of the overall business unit value chain and the ability to ensure the cost-effective purchase of all materials, services, and capital equipment as required, whilst ensuring quality control and compliance with the company's policies and procedures. I specialize in developing and implementing strategic sourcing, covering both national and international suppliers, and building strong relationships with strategic partners across India, Europe, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Korea. I also leverage technology and innovation to optimize procurement processes and outcomes, as I am certified in software technology and systems management from NIIT, New Delhi. My mission is to deliver value and excellence to SSIPL Retail and its customers, through effective and forward-thinking procurement practices.

      In this position , I was managing the Retail Operations of Brand - Clark and Value Station .- Turned around the ailing business of Clarks retail and took it to break-even by March 2018. - Initiated a new retail concept by the name of Value station, a multi-brand discount shopping destination (3-10k sqft) & expanded the network to 6 stores in less than a year with turnover of Rs.2 cr per month As VP Brand, I was reponsible to direct the overall brand strategy and handle Product, Brand management and Marketing functions of the Italian sportswear brand Lotto for multiple product categories – Footwear, Apparel and Accessories.
