  Producing in access of a 100 cold calls to prospective clients on a daily basis,the objective was to sell accommodation packages to prospects on behalf of the Intercontinental Hotel Group for their hotels and resorts,both International and Australia wide. I would cold call a prospect,build quick rapport,ask probing and fact finding questions,make a presentation and enhance their excitement by drean building and have them imagine what it would be like to experience our hotels and resorts first hand in order to establish a must have level of interest with the prospect,by this stage they would be in the right frame of mind for me to persuade them that they need not just want the hotel package, I would overcome objections,trial close,attempt to close the sale,handle more objections second close,handle further objections,third trial close and close the sale,the sale would be complete once I took full payment over the phone via credit card,data entry then move on to the next prospect,We were instructed to push as hard as it takes to make the sale on the day,even so,I was mindful not to burn any bridges so as not to affect future business.
