Jan 2019 - now• Electric Express Train Project "Bani Mazar Station"• Responsibilities :- Study the project contract documents (Time schedule, Design drawings, BOQ, etc.).- Preparation of sub-contractors’ Invoices & Client’s Invoices.- Preparing purchase requests for the materials required on the site.- Preparing on-site work progress follow-up reports.- Coordination with the company's head office regarding the arrangement of all technical office works on the site.- Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant. - Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.- Preparing the project's BOQ and approving them by the consultant and the owner.- Check technical details and drawings to ensure correct implementation in the site.- Attending technical meetings with the owner and project’s consultant.- Finish all paperworks for the project with the consultant and the owner.- Ensure that all project documents are kept in accordance with procedures.- Coordinate with Planning Department to prepare and amend the project timetable in case of any new developments. Show less • Aswan Industrial Complex Project• This Project includes :- Industrial Area :Includes 14 trusses divided workshops and small & medium factories.- Administrative Area :Includes 6 Buildings : Exhibition building , Administrative building , Bank , Restaurant & Cafeteria , Super Market and Sale Outlets.• Responsibilities :• From 1 / 2019 to 6 / 2020 :- Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.- Coordinate with the Construction Manager the receipt of drawings and materials required.- Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiently by allocate material and manpower.- Prepare receipt requests and coordinate with Quality Control Manager and the Construction Manager in following up the handing over to the Consultant.• From 7 / 2020 to 6 / 2021 :- Responsible for all site and technical office works.- Preparation of subcontractor’s invoices.- Preparing the project's BOQ and approving them by the consultant and the owner.- Attending meetings with the owner and project’s consultant.- Preparing and receiving all visits to the site.- Finish all paperworks for the project with the consultant and the owner.- Preparing the project for initial handover to the owner and handing it over.
