The project was based on the methodology of DMAIC, i.e., Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.The area of work was to identify the defects in the left-hand rear door and take countermeasures to avoid those defects. I took different countermeasures to reduce the defect ratio, and I decreased the ratio of defects/car from 0.81 to 0.12.
