      My university colleagues and I completed a two-month training program at Abdullah Al Othaim Company, specifically in the E-commerce Department, focusing on the Speedi app. The training was divided into two main sections. The first section involved working as a consulting team to identify existing issues and propose solutions related to the order picking and delivery process. We analyzed orders to optimize resource distribution and worked on launching the express delivery service, including identifying the branches and determining their coverage areas.The second section involved collaborating with three departments. The first was Account Management, where we oversaw the relationship between Al Othaim, HungerStation, and Jahez, monitoring the flow of operations, tracking completed and canceled orders, and writing daily performance reports for the branches. The second was Operations Management, where we monitored the order collection and delivery processes and provided daily reports on branch performance. The third was the Content and Design Department, where we handled tasks such as adding new products to the Speedi app and managing content updates. Show less
