  Business Analysis Office Intern.Nell’ambito del progetto di implementazione dell’ERP SAP e del contestuale avvicendamento del gestionale precedente (AS400), mi sono focalizzato sull’area della logistica inbound/outbound delle materie prime. Il perimetro d’azione include i magazzini di tessuti, fodere e minuterie della sede centrale, il centro di controllo qualità esterno e lo scambio dati con i magazzini presso terzisti. Ho compartecipato all’analisi di definizione dei nuovi processi gestionali, al dimensionamento del personale alla luce delle nuove attività, al disegno dell’architettura dei database di scambio dati, alla redazione della manualistica per la formazione. Ho svolto ruolo sia operativo che di coordinamento nel quotidiano firefighting a valle del live, interfacciandomi anche con l’area operations, finance e controllo di gestione.Durante il tirocinio ho avuto modo di verificare gli impatti di quanto implementato nella sede centrale anche presso realtà terze, visitando il collaudo qualità esterno ed il magazzino del principale fornitore di camicie del gruppo.
