Show less Working within a diverse project team, I supported the delivery of a new SAP-based Supply Chain Management system (SPM) as part of an extensive transformation Programme to create an integrated JLR Aftermarket Parts Supply Chain.I took a lead role on a key piece of additional development vital to enabling the final stages of the overall system implementation; working with internal stakeholders and external service providers to design, build and test a robust, cross-system solution for data transmission within budget and on time.I led the planning, preparation and execution of change management activities and end user training, including developing comprehensive training manuals and supporting materials, and delivering sessions. I supported the business transition to new system processes and ways of working through extended business support; answering queries, triaging issues and working with IT teams to resolve defects and implement changes.I also supported the wider project activities including testing, governance and communications throughout, and became an SME for both Inventory Management and Material Planning system processes. Show less I joined JLR as a Graduate in 2015, and spent my first year as an Inventory Analyst in the Aftermarket Supply Chain. During this year my main responsibility was the replenishment of inventory for the Parts Distribution Centres in overseas markets, following system driven exception management processes to meet service level KPIs.In addition to my core activities, I supported a number of initiatives and projects across the wider Inventory Management team, including: reduction of air freight to markets and associated costs, whilst maintaining service levels; assessment and revision of in-transit lead times to improve planning accuracy; planning and execution of stock build up to minimise customer impact of extended PDC shut-down periods; and user acceptance testing for changes made to the Warehouse Management System.
