Nyakafuru project is one of the resolute projects which is in advanced exploration stage where it has different drilling activities such as DD and RC drilling in it's prospects around nyakafuru area.Working as graduate exploration geologist in Rtl at its nyakafuru project was the best experience as it gave me oportunity to develop my carrier and exposes me to different working environment and how to face challenges like working in remote areas, with minimum supervision, underpressure and night shifts. In this project my responsibilities were• Supervised rig operations for diamond drilling (DD) and reverse circulation (RC) drilling.• Performed geological logging of DD and RC chips, analyzing data for mineral exploration.• Ensured quality assurance and control (QA/QC) procedures were followed to maintain accurate records and integrity of samples.
