  Worked closely with Bristol Hub and Burgess Salmon LLP. (a Bristol Law Firm) to act as team leader of a group of student consultants for Self-Injury Support's new website design. Successfully communicated with both the law firm and charity to ensure our report, which provided appropriate and useful information to increase website efficiency and online donations.   Leading the work of Student Hubs at the University of Bristol, I support the Bristol Hub Team to engage students in social action. I oversaw the delivery and development of all programme areas, finances, impact measurement and our strategy and development. As part of this role, I delivered:1. The Social Innovation Programme run in collaboration with Burges Salmon LLP, a student consultancy programme that provides expertise to local charities. 2. Climate Action Bristol, a sustainability programme run in collaboration with the University Sustainability Department and NetPositive Futures, supporting local Bristol businesses to build and implement a Climate Action Plan. 3. Students to Inspire, run in collaboration with Tales to Inspire to support students to enter the community and find engaging, unique stories to share. Show less Recruit and manage volunteers to partake on the Social Innovation Programme, a 6-week consultancy course combining student perspectives and research with challenges faced by local charities. Within this role I also facilitated the delivery of Schools Plus, our programme tackling educational disadvantage. During lockdown, I worked with local schools to innovate the programme and run online Q&As in areas that schools felt were missing from their delivery (i.e. Transitioning to Secondary School). I also support student coordinators to facilitate one-off volunteering opportunities and raise money/awareness for Winchester Hub, whilst expanding their skill sets to graduate as capable socially active citizens.
