  •Managing Engine Hottest PDI after machine fitment and verify Engine condition.• Inspection and verify all variant of engine and parts should be match with specification standard.• Monitoring Engine abnormalities and DTC code, Engine sound and smoke.•Resolve engine faults or problem & troubleshooting diagnostic.• Handle customer complaint and taking corrective action and explain problem with root cause.• Maintain the record of PDI and store Engine P0400 diagnostic data.• Maintain daily rework data and record damaged and replacement part data.• Prevent Engine fault and not pass to Customer,• To raise and monitor non-conformance and report to concern persons.• Handling Engine complaint with Quick Containment action.• Prepare and Review SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).•Conducting meeting with supplier (Problem explanation to supplier).• Ensure to quality of product match with drawing specification.• Analysis on failure Engine issue field and in house failures.• Solve Engine Harness or Electrical installation and Schematics problems.• Adhering to all safety and performance regulation & Handle Manpower and shift Planning.
