My goal was to help drive revenue for both our company and our Partners by managing the technical relationship between SAP and the many OEM Partners across EMEA. I was involved in developing and presenting solutions to partners and to the industry where I tried to focus on technology and business rather than product. This also involved managing POC development with partners and aiding them in their own presales.I was also able to introduce visibility to our roadmap to ensure alignment of technologies between the companies.   Responsible for the design, creation, implementation, evangelism and ongoing improvements of the €200m global software partner programs at SAP (Currently SAP PartnerEdge - Build and OEM). These are programs where SAP Partners build solutions on, that integrate to or embed SAP technology. I was the Global Program Lead for the SAP Software Partner programs including OEM and SAP PartnerEdge Build. I drove strategy and execution for partners that want to build on, embed and integrate SAP Cloud solutions. Working in the Office of the COO, I was responsible for all pricing and compliance for the ISV channel at SAP and help to bring new solutions to this Channel. This involved managing large and complex cross-portfolio projects involving compliance, developing new pricing models, creating incentives and working with partners; all helping drive revenue into this channel. I also used my domain expertise to help in corporate compliance and pricing projects. Starting on March 24th for 6 weeksAs part of a group of top talent SAP employees, I was a member of a three person team working with a University that incubates startups for young entrepreneurs in Chengdu, Sichuan Province in China while also developing my own leadership skills.
