  The client, located in the U.S., develops their business in both retail and wholesale e-commerce. The projects I was involved in were retail online shop web application and mobile app for wholesales. My duties were client collaboration, fixation of requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, grooming, requirements updating and detailing for developers if needed, and milestones presentations. On a daily basis, I used such tools as Atlassian Confluence and Jira, Figma, InVision, Pencil for Windows, Slack, Skype, etc. Show less

  As the only business analyst in the company, I perform a wide variety of workflow. Started with a single project, my scope of work has increased to a couple of projects in the first month of my employment and continued to grow. By now, I’m working on 7 projects simultaneously due to the fact that the company is rapidly growing.The solutions I’m working on include backend (Python, PostgreSQL, Django, internal core API) and frontend which is represented as:the client part – the admin panel with web interface for the B2B clients;the mobile part – the mobile apps for both Android and iOS platforms for the consumers.I’m involved in all the stages of software development life cycle to make sure that every single line of code is written for what people really need: high-quality features in particular and effective loyalty program as a whole.Among my responsibilities are requirements elicitation; collaboration with stakeholders on both company side and business partners side; providing developers with up-to-date info regarding the project; making mockups, etc.To successfully execute my job I work closely together with the whole team including project manager, designer, developers, QA specialists, marketers, sales managers, and the CEO.
