      SAMI Pharma is one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Pakistan from over 40 yearsin the industry, SAMI is also privileged to be the manufacturer of two of the top ten selling drugs.• I worked in as a Business Analyst for the digital transformation department of the company where my core role was to propose various innovative ideas to digitalize the internal business processes. • It was majorly an Internal Product Management role with various responsibilities of building internal products from scratch or manage projects of third-party software implementation.• I worked on digitally transforming manual processes of various departments which included Research & Development, QC, QA, Production (Manufacturing), Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Import.• I mainly worked on Requirements gathering and elicitation tasks which included designing wireframes and FSD (Functional Specifications Document) development of various software project ideas followed by its execution planning with technical teams on board which comprised of SAP consultants, Software engineers and Infra Architects.• I also assisted compliance officers with CSV (Computer System Validation) assessmentsfor GxP (Good Practices in Pharma) of software implementation in Pharma industrybased upon CFR21 p.11 guidelines (Compliance Guidelines).• The top projects I worked on were RnD Lab solution which was an end-to-end solution for managing drug research process along with its documentation and QMS (Quality Management System) which was a clone of top QMSs built internally for the QC department.       • As a product manager at vFairs I had the opportunity to build an event’s marketplace vFairs Discover that is a standalone B2C product in itself. This was intended to provide our customers with a platform to market and promote their events where they could reach out to their potential audience by getting listed with all event related details along with other popular virtual and hybrid events.• I built the MVP of vFairs Discover from scratch for which I had set up a product strategy, ideated the scope with stakeholders’ inputs, designed initial high-level wireframes and framed out the delivery plan.• Initially to build the MVP I worked with a team of 1 UI/UX Designer and 4 Software Engineers skilled in backend development with PHP and frontend development with React. We built a master admin portal which fetched events related data from the main Database of events and had sanitization controls for publishing an event to the marketplace. This was followed by the development of our Marketplace where events were being published with details.• Besides leading the technical team for software development, I also collaborated withthe marketing team for promotions and growth, this team comprised of various channel owners such as Technical SEO specialist, Growth Hacker, CRO specialist, Content marketers and Social Media Marketing specialists.• The platform was launched in December 2021, since then it has seen a decent growth and demand amongst vFairs clients who are events organizers and using vFairs as a platform for their virtual or hybrid events.• Right after its launch I work majorly on planning roadmaps and feature releases for upcoming Quarters.• Besides planning upcoming features, I also report on traffic numbers using Google Analytics for presenting stats on traffic.
