      I joined Softguide after I graduated from university.In this job I was mainly working for Bayer Antwerp were I was involved in the implementation of SAP-HR module. Afterwards I was support all different Bayer sites in the Benelux that ran SAP-HR.

      After working for several years as a consultant at Bayer, I became a Bayer employee in 2001.I was involved in supporting the running SAP-HR systems for Bayer sites in the Benelux and also in new projects to implement SAP-HR in Bayer sites that were not yet on SAP (e.g. Bayer Bioscience in Ghent and Bayer Rubber in Zwijndrecht).As of 2005 I also worked together with the German Bayer IT colleagues and lead the implementation of ESS (Employee Self Services) within Bayer Benelux and Bayer France.At the end of 2007 I was project lead for the upgrade of the SAP/HR systems within the Benelux to a new SAP release.
