      The Welcome Team is composed of students who, each year, welcome Exchange students coming for one or two semesters at Toulouse Business School in 3rd and last year of the Bachelor Degree.We were in charge of those students coming from all over the world upon their arrival at the airport - sometimes even before - including helping them with all the administrative work concerning bank, appartment, mobile phone, metro card, but also on a cultural matter to ensure their full integration. Cultural events included a guided tour of the city, meetings for students to get to know each other, international dinners, quiz nights; all those elements in order to offer them a warm welcome, make it easier for them to start a life at school/in the city and to make them appreciate their stay as much as they could.       My mission for Business France, commercial office of the French Embassy, was holding two main events as follows :1) Organizing the Company's International Volunteers (V.I.E) Award, held by Business France and the CCEF (Bord of consultants for French Foreign Trade in Spain) for the 6th edition, with more than 200 participants.This event yearly gathers all the V.I.E in Spain who compete in one of those three categories :- Sales Performance- New market opening and Implementation- Project Development, Innovation and CreativityThe jury assesses their report on the impact of their projects in the host company in Spain.Thanks to sponsors such as EDF and Air France, the winner of each category gets a prize of 1 500 euros and 750 euros for the second one. The Award Ceremony takes place at the Residence of France in Madrid in presence of the Ambassador, the newly arrived VIE as well as numerous French companies present in Spain.
