  1. I am currently working for Delloite - Botswana as a SENIOR CONSULTANT, in the Business Continuity Management service line of Consultancy, Advisory and Implementation. My duties involve the assessment, facilitating the design, development, audit and maintenance of the BCM lifecycle within key clients. I’m tasked with the following activities;• Document Business Continuity Management (BCM) business case proposals that identifies business continuity readiness requirements.• Conduct business continuity management workshop presentations to key clients.• Obtain a high level understanding of corporate environment including products and services.• Document Project charter, project plan, project scope control, project progress report etc.• Identify and track BCM project issues and risks.• Conduct Business Impact Analysis and Risk assessment sessions and produce related BIA/RA reports• Leverage the outcome of the BIA and risk evaluation to develop and recommend business continuity strategies, based on both the RTO and RPO objectives in support of the organization’s critical functions.• Define BCM project deliverables and related activities, tasks, estimate effort and duration• Document and produce BCM related plans (Business Continuity Management Policy, Emergency Response Plan, Crisis Management and Communications Plan, Business Continuity Strategy Report, Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan)• Conduct overall BCM awareness training, exercise BCP roles and responsibilities and scenario based tests walkthrough. 2.
