      During my graduation project at Max which has own portal & brick & mortar retail format, i work in their retail planning department. where i also ran through activity like buying, marketing & visual merchandising. Apart from understanding the basics of all the department, i was groomed in excel work & numbers. i worked on various reports like Stock on hand(SOH), Sell through report(STR), Daily sales report(DSR), Cls vs sales report. I have also taken project named as "Analysis of merchandise mix of menswear division". Main objective of this project was to use sales contribution & sell through as parameter to study & analyze Max's sales for spring summer 15 & spring summer 16 in order to identify & understand if max's sales were affected due to its products in terms of style, color, price, class & sub class in menswear division.So, i learnt about beginning with end in support, team work, thinking win-win & importance of constantly updating your knowledge.
