  Worked on Lead schedule process which was a Macros and Blue Prism based Project.Process has been divided into 2 parts wherein the first part includes uploading the lead sheets performing validations, entering the column names and based on that do the required calculations in Macros. It also involved performing VLookups and sending emails to the desired person. The second part includes the Blue prism part where the bot performs various tasks in the windows based application. Worked on GL Analyzer process:-1) Importing the current year and previous year’s Journal entry, trial balance and chart of account data flat file in to the GL analyzer2) Do the data mapping to create the GL load file3) Validate and Create the work memo 4) Export the data to GL load file output and send to the Audit team5) Build the process that will have a high throughput of transaction in a short span of time6) Removal of Redundancy, Enhanced Process Efficiency, Superior Delivery Quality.Worked on Global Analytics process:-Preparation of payroll working paper and the proposed automation solution through Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools. Preparation of Payroll Working Paper is the process to audit the expense booked under payroll head for an organization. This process is basically designed for MENA geography and used for MENA geography clients. In a drive for improving accuracy, turnaround time, creating business bandwidth, an initiative to further automate certain activities have been undertaken. Various technological solutions have been considered and for some steps, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) has been selected as the preferred approach.To audit this process, cube files generated are placed in a shared folder and EY Global Analytics tool is used to load that file and then working papers are generated using EY Eagle tool.
