  This activity is one of the Hiremaxi programs for Indonesia's young generation.Hiremaxi approved 70 participants from 473 registrants from several regions in Indonesia. During the program, I was given leadership training through several materials provided by experts as well as assignments in the form of mind mapping that had to be done every week, with one final project "action plan." Each material given was very interesting, starting from the developing growth mindset, leader-shift, collaborative leaders through Generation, 'till the leadership pipeline, through fun and easy to understand explanation. the speakers came from several large companies such as Grab Indonesia, HM Sampoerna, DANA, to Tiket.com.
