  I Oversee field safety for several project sites. Our company specializes in installing unitized curtain wall systems on high rises. I coordinate with the General Contractor's safety team to assure that we are in compliance with site safety standards. I coach our team members as we work toward a positive safety culture. My daily objective is to give life to our safety culture which is entwined in all that we do, both at work and home.
