  Handling & control all operations from Inbound to Outbound including more than 35000 SKUs & 1.2 Million No. of Inventory’s cycle in 6,000 Sq.-Ft areas along with 15 departments partially, Responsibilities:• Identification of places to ensure the storage of new stock.• Ensure effective utilization of warehouse areas and observes proper loading, Unloading, stocking and safe keeping of items to maintain the quality of finish goods in order to prevent product damage and avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents and occupational Hazards.• Controlling all material movement through AX Dynamics as well as physically.• Make suggestions for productivity improvements• Ensure that facility equipment’s are properly maintained.• Arranging the priorities about warehouse handling and shipping process between internal and branches distribution.• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.• Supervision of the issues of supervisors and other members and provide alternate solution to resolve those issues.• Responsible for Internal transfer of employees from one department to another as per the need of the business.• Identify the excess and shortage of the bills and inform merchandisers/suppliers about it.• Ensure the committing of bills and generate bills as per required department.• Ensure compliance of all management directives given from time to time.• Work closely with the stake holders. • Conduct regular follow-up on the performance of employees and absenteeism.
