  Due to my performance as a sales person I was promoted to be a specialist this involved me coaching and training colleagues, reviewing their performance and running a section of the store while maintaining my previous roles. Primarily a sales Person at the Currys Superstore in Tunbridge Wells although over time I became and expert in technology connectivity, Bose and Apple products along with supporting the customer services team in diagnosing computer problems.

  Technician

  In my role at the University of Plymouth Students Union I worked as an events technician part-time while studying. This involved the liaising with touring production and working as part of a team to make sure the events ran smoothly and without problem. I also DJ'd on Friday nights in the 2nd room of the nightclub.

  As the CAD manager I am responsible for the CAD team and making sure we deliver designs and drawings on time and to the estimated hours. I also invest time heavily in improving process and the way the team utilises the tools available. As the Deputy CAD Manager within Pipex I am responsible for streamlining workflows and ensuring the data we create is both correct and smart. I investigate new software and ways to deliver seamless projects. My role as a CAD Engineer involves me creating drawings for clients to show how the range of products can be a solution. I also work on resources for fabrication and CNC.
