I am currently overseeing the renovation/remodel process of properties . I have designed a Going Green Project Plan which is being phased in. Four Season's Apartments won the Community Area Recycling Excellent Award in 2014. Four Seasons Apartments was the first to receive this award in the Emporia Community. Four Seasons Apartments has been voted the Reader's Choice Award for Best Apartment Complex in Emporia.
