Echelon-2 is responsible for defining and developing Concepts of Operations, architectures, processes and procedures; incorporating Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications into Echelon-2 processes; handling discrepancy reports, troubleshooting, repair, replacement and testing; operation of the Echelon-2 Help Desk, and integration of the program toolset.
