Also, I would be provided with opportunities to help my managers by looking over the front of the house during events, dinner service or lunch service.   I am held responsible for planning many programs including: Adult Programs and Teen Programs which all involve traveling to different locations with in the twin state area. In conjunction with the teen and adult programs we have kid programs running on the weekends as well, these consist of poolside craft parties and kid nights out. In addition to facilitating the kid programs that I have assisted in planning, I supervised 9 camp counselors and facilitate two kid’s camps ages 3-5 and 6-12 Monday-Friday on the weekday. Finally, the last crucial part of my internship is assisting planning a Pentathlon on July 5th and a post pentathlon carnival that host approximately 1,100 people. Show less
