  Coordinated a volunteer-run art education program at Elmonica Elementary. Trained 20+ volunteers to present 5 art lessons each year. Purchased and organized all materials for approximately 600 students to do each art lesson and corresponding art project. Supervised volunteers, making sure each class (20-25) received each lesson. Resolved issues between volunteers as needed. Personally taught lessons in classes from Kindergarten through 5th grade, as well as to adult volunteers.
