  Responsible for administration of approximately 9,000 fixed and variable annuity policies. Held Series 6 and 63 licenses and ensured transaction requests were handled properly. Prepared tax forms 1099-R, 5498, W-2, and FMV and resolved reporting problems. Promoted to the supervisory-level position in March 2000, and left the position to begin law school.

  Responsible for compliance and legal support during a period of rapid growth for this small life insurance carrier. Some areas of my experience include performance of contract drafting and negotiation, legal review with product drafting and development, review of contestable life insurance claims, corporate filings, and management of state audits. I developed the company's Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering manuals and held annual meetings on employee responsibilities under each.
