  I am currently a (CMT) Combat Marksmanship Trainer Instructor for the marksmanship program for the United States Marines. I ensure that the Marines get qualified for the year in marksmanship. I plan, conduct and supervise the necessary training each Marine needs from their respective units. Upon training completion, the Marines conduct a qualification course of fire. Once its determined weather they qualified or are unqualified, the scores are turned into the administration office for processing. I assist in the courses for CMC (Combat Marksmanship Coach), and CMT (Combat Marksmanship Trainer). I Plan briefs, time lines, trainings, and staff delegation in accordance with the training schedule. I ensure we have all the equipment necessary in order to conduct the training. During the training, I supervise the conduct of both the training and the all personnel. Upon the completion of the training, I hold a debrief in order to fix and adjust any issues presented at that time for the next range. likewise, I present any issues with the units' Marines, so they may brief their commands and fix all if any discrepancies. I was responsible for millions of dollars worth of gear, and needed to update and maintain accurate paper work.
