Assistant Director of Operations, commanding talented scheduling team in execution of all UC-12 events encompassing training, passenger, cargo, distinguished visitor, and refugee movements. Leads squadron CRM program while managing and facilitating all CRM ground training for UC-12's within the Middle East. Aviation Safety Officer charged with executing safety management system (SMS) for expeditionary military operations at Bahrain International Airport. Hand selected for adaptability and leadership qualities to fill gapped GS-13 billet as the Director of Information Technology and Information Systems for NSA Bahrain and Isa Air Base Bahrain. Commanded brilliant team of civilian and military information systems professionals in the negotiation and execution of a $500,000 technical infrastructure install while managing routine maintenance across seven separate worksites. Proudly pioneered hub and spoke certification approach to revive and complete a decade long effort to create an electronic takeoff and landing data application specific to the E-6B. As highly trusted officer, executed 60% of international exercises between 2015 and 2018 acting as both Pilot-in-Command and Mission Commander Evaluator and achieving a 100% sortie completion rate. CRM unit level manager, commanded a team of skilled facilitators in the maintenance of CRM qualifications for over 150 pilots and aircrew. Co-authored new training syllabus for Second Pilot, Aircraft Commander (Pilot-in-Command), and Assistant NATOPS Instructor (Check Airman) syllabi. For outstanding leadership demonstrated across 28 operational deployments in support of the U.S. Nuclear Command and Control mission, peer nominated and board selected as the Navy and Marine Corps Association Junior Leader of the Year for the entire Navy and Marine Corps ranks O-1 through O-3. Also selected as the Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron Junior Officer of the Year.
