CRM unit level manager, commanded a team of skilled facilitators in the maintenance of CRM qualifications for over 150 pilots and aircrew. Co-authored new training syllabus for Second Pilot, Aircraft Commander (Pilot-in-Command), and Assistant NATOPS Instructor (Check Airman) syllabi. For outstanding leadership demonstrated across 28 operational deployments in support of the U.S. Nuclear Command and Control mission, peer nominated and board selected as the Navy and Marine Corps Association Junior Leader of the Year for the entire Navy and Marine Corps ranks O-1 through O-3. Also selected as the Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron Junior Officer of the Year.
