  At Perkins Eastman I was on a design team that worked for "Half Century More," a Japanese real-estate development and management company. While working as consultants for this company, I was involved in the design of two vertically-integrated senior-living communities in Japan and one skilled nursing facility.

  Project architect

  At H2L2 I was responsible for the design of a $3 million research and prototype fabrication facility for a small surgical tool manufacturing company in the Philadelphia area. I also served as project designer for a $100 million project to upgrade campus security systems at the Pennsylvania State Capitol Campus in Harrisburg, PA.

  I have served as a Project Manager for WRT since 2003. Since 2003 I have completed projects containing over 1,300 units of affordable housing and 1.5 million square feet of built space. Of these 1,200 completed housing units, over half are Energy Star Certified. Two-hundred and fifty of these units have also been certified in the LEED for Homes program (128 LEED Silver and 122 LEED Gold). Since 2010, I have been responsible for the design and management of $75 million-worth of construction projects, resulting in $3.7 million in gross architectural design fees and $1.8 million in net profit for my company.
