  Major Achievements: Currently migrating Siebel Customer Service and Service Request functions of Dental/Vision to ISET platform. I am driving innovation, continuous improvement and offshoring initiatives for this program while managing 10-15 resources. It is a complex, cross-organizational project to migrate mainframe-based legacy systems to Pega-based platforms, saving the company $15M over the next 10 years.Responsibilities:•Initiated and led the transition from a traditional waterfall model to an agile scrum framework in the first phase, resulting in various improvements in the technology, business, and operations teams.
