  Along with performing Analyst's activities for Russian (till present), Turkish (till July 2022), Egyptian (till present), South African (Nov22-Feb23) markets, as a SOx Lead for AR I took proactive approach and set quarterly goals and objectives for the SOx coords team, among which:– KCM, Work Instructions review, which also involved alignment with global colleagues;- preparation, review and update of training materials for controls, - ensuring back-ups are trained for running and reviewing controls, - ensuring understanding of the importance of the controls by a wider AR group (Compliance / controls related topics were presented at Analyst forums), - arranging refresher trainings on the controls for AR, As well, in 2022:- ensured timely sign off of controls;- participated in the O2C Compliance Workshop and proposed an improvement of Credit Limit control, which is currently under review by other Zones;- supported with Z4 internal audit;- actively participated in the EY audit by coordinating queries from Compliance Manager, preparing Analysts for the walkthroughs;- arranged thorough CAS pre-audit activities well in advance, prepared items for improvement based on CAS pre-audit, and actively participated in the audit itself. Show less Apart from usual tasks for this role, like Credit management, collection activities, order release, compliance with controls requirements etc with primary market being Russia, I had responsibilities in other areas.2019 was focused on initial stage of monthly AR metrics, within which I prepared cash app data analytics; supported new AR metrics dashboard implementation. I participated in testing for the new SAP release project implementation and joined the team of SOx coordinators.In 2020 temporary covered the UK, Nordics and German markets. I had a Global SME role in the Finance Analytics and Reporting project, within which I developed a tool for manual metrics tracking and calculation, suggested and prepared visualization for AR metrics;Apart from that, I focused on credit management processes, performed a substantial clean-up, made corresponding control stronger. Recognized as the Employee of the Month in July 2020;In 2021 was appointed as a SOx lead with overall responsibility for controls and monitoring within AR with regular SOx team catch-ups, control reviews, ensuring timely sign-off of monthly controls; initiated simplification and / or strengthening of a number of controls, keeping the same level of compliance; Was also appointed as a coordinator for queries on credit insurance. Continued a role as Global SME for the Finance Analytics and Reporting project and in April took on the additional role of Power BI developer to support the rollout of O2C Metrics.Provided Language Support for CAS Audit in the Russian affiliate, with the tasks ranging from full translation of the documents, interpreting during the interviews with the auditors, to finding particular clauses and wording in the contracts, or evaluating educational and promo materials.Started presenting the Executive metrics at monthly Executive Metrics meeting with the management teamPermanently took on Turkish and Egyptian markets in addition to Russian market.
