  * Conceptualised and implemented five editions of the annual UWI/UTech Sports Championships, a one day event with 7 sporting disciplines and support entertainment activities that grew to over 500 athletes and 12000 spectators during the period. * Project Manager for four editions of the Annual National Collegiate Track and Field Championships including attaining sponsors, coordinating sponsorship activation, creating media partners and general competition management.* Managed the Athlete Scholarship Programme (110 athletes) which included recruiting the athletes, negotiating the scholarship contract, leading the on-boarding of the athletes into the programme and overseeing their overall development during their time at the University. The programme produced 10 Olympians and over 20 world championships representatives during that period. * Created and coordinated the UWI Sports Leadership Academy, an annual residential camp for young athletes which focused on developing their soft skills e.g. public speaking, leadership, dinning etiquette etc.* Designed and continuously executed the marketing strategy of the UWI Sports Department which led to an increase in awareness both on the campus and across the country thus creating strong brand equity. * Coordinated and hosted over 30 press conferences for events including creating press releases and delivering the public relations strategies for the events by working with media agencies (Print, Radio, Online, television) Show less

  Youngest Jamaican (23) to be appointed Team Manager of the National Team. Throughout my time in that capacity I had management positions in 2011 and 2013 for the World University Games in Shenzhen (China) and Kazan (Russia), 2014 CAC Games in Veracruz (Mexico) and the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow (Scotland).Managed four editions of the Jamaica National Collegiate Athletics Championships including: managing the budget, attaining long term sponsors, executing sponsorship activation, creating media partners and coordinating the overall event;Oversaw the delivery of sponsors activation and commercial rights at events and consulting the clients about campaign requirements and objectives;Collaborated with the various association members and stakeholders to coordinate yearlong marketing campaigns for our main partners; Day to day direct contact person for sponsors during the contract period and provided on-site support during major events.   CAA Eleven is the official UEFA Marketing agency managing the centralised commercial rights to all UEFA National Team Competitions including the UEFA EURO 2020, the UEFA Nations League and the European qualifying competition for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.Ensuring the smooth delivery and implementation of all UEFA National Team commercial partner rights, as well as ensuring a strong relationship is maintained with our main client UEFA;Playing the lead role in managing 4 Global sponsor/licensee accounts e.g. (SOCAR, Hublot & Panini) including providing guidance UEFA’s products/opportunities and synchronizing those offering with their company objectives. This process also included regular partner engagement activities to keep abreast of client satisfaction levels and facilitate partner retention; Partner lead on key projects for UEFA EURO 2020 including Fan Zones, Trophy Tour, eSports, Rights Protection Programme and Corporate Social Responsibility.
