  I also work at a bag store in the Northfield market, here my responsibilities include openingand closing the store, I help to sell the items in the store and also I help to write what hasbeen sold in the day in a book and I also help to go and retrieve new stock from thewarehouse for the store. I also help with doing stock takes and replenishing the shelves. My role also involved cleaning the shop floor to maintain a safe and clean environment for our customers.

  In this role I worked as a part time cleaner. I helped do various duties such as: - Cleaning class rooms- Making sure that all rooms in my area are locked and secured- Ensuring that corridors are all safe and clean- Work as a team with other staff to clean areas, and help train newer members so that they feel confident in the role - Monitor equipment stock and ensure that stock is stored correctlyDuring my time with accuro I had learned a lot of new skills, and I have also learned a lot of new things about the cleaning industry which I will take forward into future roles. I had the opportunity to learn lots of new cleaning techniques and learn how to use the latest cleaning technologies to help clean more efficiently, and ensure that the school is a safe and clean environment for everybody.   Data Analyst

  I gained experience as a Data Analyst at Hall Green Health. My role here is to help people within the practice make the most out of new technologies and IT systems, and also help make sense of the data extracted from these systems. I have learned a lot about Data Analysis from my first day of starting my new role here at Hall green Health. My daily duties at Hall Green Health generally include (this is not an exhaustive list of duties): - Extracting Data from clinical systems/external databases- Performing analysis on a wide variety of different data- Create reports using various tools such as: R, Excel and using EMIS reports- I monitor dashboards and KPIs, and raise any breaches in KPIs to managers involved. I help look into these KPI breaches and help look into potential work arounds- Working with staff to help them use these data/clinical systems so that they are able to make the most of these systems and - Creating statistical models (for example : time series models) of data using various tools- Meeting with managers/partners and presenting data to themNew skills learned/developed in this role:Recently, I have been involved with the COVID clinics here at Hall Green Health. This is a new experience for me. I have learned a lot about the clinical systems used to collect/extract data related to COVID vaccinations. I have also spent some time supporting the COVID recall team: assisting with collecting data about patient groups to call, dealing with queries regarding vaccines and supporting the team in general. This was a new experience for me as I learned to support a team. I also managed a COVID clinic, I helped ensured that patients were safe entering the practice and ensured that the patients and clinicians have everything they need to make the vaccination process a breeze. I have learned a lot by managing a clinic. I have also learned how to use new data tools such as R studio and Power BI. Show less

  As a data analyst, I have gained experience using hospital clinical systems and extracting data from these systems. I have learned how to create SSRS reports and also perform SQL Ad Hoc analysis with stored procedures. I have helped develop and improve audits on the GAP system, and have also helped users get set up for their audits whilst also training users on how to perform audits, showing them how to extract the relevant patient data and the correct way to submit data, which is then used for analysis.I have also gained experience with extracting data, analysing the data and then submitting various national data submissions to NHS England, Public Health England, CQC and other relevant bodies.   Public Health Informatics Analyst

  This role was placement based and I had the opportunity to experience lots of new things that are happening in the ICS. During this role i performed various analysis on patient data, performed audits and applying data science concepts. I will also have the opportunity to investigate new automations that will help the team and improve our analytics capabilities.During my time here, one key project I worked on was emergency care risk stratification of patients and their utilization of emergency care over the years. the goal of this project was to cluster patients based on their LTC and emergency care utilisation to identify unique profiles of patients to be further investigated. The end goal is to help implement future intervention plans and also help reduce emergency care utilisation. Show less
